Terminally-ill reality TV star Jade Goody has gone into a hospice to allow assessment of her treatment.
Goody, who has cervical cancer, is due to spend three days in St Clare Hospice, Harlow, Essex, after suffering hallucinations due to her medication.
The 27-year-old mother-of-two was told earlier this month that she had just months to live.
Goody, who found fame in 2002′s third series of Channel 4′s Big Brother, married partner Jack Tweed last Sunday.
The star’s spokesman Max Clifford said on Friday: “Last night after the district nurse had been in the afternoon to administer her drugs she [Goody] was hallucinating very badly because of the medication.
“She had a bad night because of it. We didn’t want the same thing to happen again. She has gone in there for an assessment of the drugs to hopefully get her medication under control.”
He added: “It’s bad enough what she is going through without that. She’s relieved to be at the hospice – she doesn’t want a repeat of what happened last night.”
