Cristiano Ronaldo world record offer of £80m from Real Madrid

“Real Madrid confirm they have made an offer to Manchester United for the acquisition of the rights of the player Cristiano Ronaldo,” said the Spanish club in a statement.

British Airways Plans to Cut Gatwick Jobs, Services

Dec. 7 (Bloomberg) — British Airways Plc, Europe’s third- largest airline, will cut more than 100 jobs at London’s Gatwick airport as it reduces services there by 15 percent from mid-2009.
